    In addition, it provides a digitized self-directed learning environment through the smart learning platform (GC University).
    It also offers a variety of opportunities such as top-level courses and leadership schools for those who want to become the next-generation CEO.
  2. Soft-Landing
    Program

    Mentors are designated for each employee. Mentors can provide answers to questions and tips for the company life, and employees can quickly gain confidence in the company life.
    We provide information about the context/psychology/culture of the organization (decision process, team history, problem-solving network, etc.) rather than just an onboarding program, so employees can become true GC Care workers.
  3. GC Master Coaching
    Program

    With the help from professional internal personnel for each job, employees can learn tips for the job and be motivated by their colleagues. Online/offline training is provided by the employees selected as masters, and they are rewarded with incentives and a feeling of worthwhile. Employees who take the training are given opportunities to exchange feedback and a love for the company.
