  1. Document review

    Based on the job description provided in the recruitment notice, the applicant's experience, qualifications, and competency are comprehensively reviewed.

    We review whether an applicant is a person who fits the way how to work (G Culture) and values of GC Biopharma

  2. Personality test

    Basic diagnosis is conducted to determine the suitability of the applicant for the organization and job. It is conducted online about an hour.

  3. 1st interview

    We evaluate the applicant's job competency and development potential comprehensively.

    Job expertise is verified through various methods such as PT interview, competency interview, and foreign language interview.

    The interview format for each job is provided separately at the time of the interview.

  4. Reference check

    We would like to know more about the candidate within a limited time, so we are hearing objective stories from colleagues/seniors and juniors you have worked with in the past.

    We obtain three-dimensional information about you are by asking questions about job competency, performance, strengths, and working methods.

  5. Final interview

    Interviews are conducted with the management and executives.

    Based on the information from the previous recruitment process, we discuss whether the applicant fits the GC Biopharma’s talents and what things he/she wants to achieve together with GC Biopharma.
