    Based on the job description of the hiring position, the applicant’s competency, experience and qualifications are reviewed comprehensively, to consider the candidate’s job fit.
  2. 1st Round

    The first interview focuses on identifying your suitability to the job. The interview method may differ depending on the job, so please prepare by considering the skills and experience required to perform the job.
  3. 2nd Round

    The final interview examines suitability to the organization. We want to check how much you care about your personal values, inclinations, the company's vision and culture, so please feel free to express your will and passion for joining the company!
  4. Final Round

    For those who passed the second interview, the submitted documents and interview evaluation will be reviewed for final qualifications. Afterwards, health checkups and further processes will be informed individually.
