3. Document review

   We review the suitability for the required competency of the hiring department, basic qualifications, and cover letter.

4. Interview

   The format and stage of the interview may differ depending on the career period for the job.

   Job Interview : Job experience and expertise, passion and interest in work, execution ability and performance creation

   HR Interview : Harmony with members, strategic thinking, growth potential

5. Health examination

   Recruitment medical examination at a hospital designated by GC Cell

6. Negotiation

   Upon completion of the treatment negotiation regarding the desired position and compensation (salary), a letter of offer for employment will be sent.
