  1. Document review

    Applications received through the recruitment notice are evaluated comprehensively based on the applicant's experience and competency.
    Please write emphasizing the part that matches the JD (Job Description) in the recruitment notice among the your various experiences and competencies. If you separately submit a career certificate to confirm your specific career details, it will help us a lot in evaluation.
  2. AI Competency test

    Applicants' competencies and propensities are evaluated from various perspectives by using various measurement tools.
    Strategy games, video interviews, and others are all conducted within an hour, so please show real self of you in a quiet environment.
  3. 1st interview

    The 1st interview is a working interview, and it is a time to understand how well the applicant fits into the job and the culture of the department to be affiliated with.

    If you have any questions about the job or organizational culture during the interview, please do not hesitate to ask the interviewer.

    There are differences in the process depending on the job such as general interview and PT interview. The hiring manager will share it with you in advance, so please follow the instructions.

  4. Final interview

    The final interview is an interview with the CEO, and it is a time to comprehensively check the various aspects that applicants have shown during the recruitment process.

    Please use this interview as an opportunity to mutually check whether the company is right for you regarding the company's core values and future growth direction.

  5. Negotiation

    After the final interview result is announced, only those with experience will be requested to submit information to understand the status of treatment and proceed with negotiation.

    If you agree to the conditions of treatment in the official letter of offer, we will adjust the entrance schedule and proceed with the health examination to confirm the employment.
