  1. Document screening

    Documents that you have submitted will be put up for comprehensive review, looking at your experiences, competency, etc., looking at whether you are a good fir for the job description and whether you are suitable for the GC Labs culture.
    This is used until your final round, so please make sure you do a final review before you submit your documents.
  2. 1st Round

    This is the first round of interviews in which you will conduct an interview through a presentation or any other competency interview in front of working level managers (team managers, division leaders).
    We check the applicant's competency and job competency by focusing on the resume and job suitability on the application.
  3. Final Round

    Organizational suitability is checked through interviews with executives (specialists, department heads, general managers, etc.).
    This is the stage of reviewing whether the person can grow and develop as a family member of GC Labs.
    Please show your enthusiasm, whether your interests are in line with the foundation's values, such as the foundation's purpose and ideology.
