  1. Various
    Incentive System

    ·

    Profit Sharing: Incentives are given
    to members when the company's
    common goals are excellently
    achieved.

    ·

    Project Order Incentives: Section
    incentives are provided in
    consideration of the contribution of
    sales activities for the construction
    and service project orders.

    ·

    Project Construction Incentives: If
    the target gross margin of sales
    exceeded O&P after project
    settlement, incentives are paid for
    each project.

    Based on a fair compensation
    system we operate, various etc.
    incentives will be offered for the
    goal achievements such as invention
    for work, safety mileage, promotion
    congratulations, long-term service,
    and rewards for excellent
    employees.

    * Additional reward plans such as
    individual/department target
    performance rewards are expected.

  2. PC-OFF
    System

    ·

    To support members' "Daily Work
    & Life Balance" and comply with the
    52-hour work per week, we
    operate a PC-OFF system that limits
    the use of PCs for work outside
    standard working hours.

    and Maintenance shift jobs

  3. Summer End-of-Year
    Sandwich Vacation

    ·

    Summer vacation: 5 working days
    summer vacation is granted on the
    desired date between July and
    September
    (3 days paid vacation + 2 days
    annual leave)

    ·

    End-of-Year Vacation : At the end of
    the year, five annual leaves are
    used company-wide to end the year
    with rest until New Year's Day (1/1).

    ·

    Sandwich vacation:
    Sandwich vacation is used
    company-wide so that all members
    can have a good rest.

  4. Compensation
    Break System

    ·

    We compensate our employees for
    their hard work with a vacation
    equivalent to 1.5 times the overtime.

    ·

    It can be used as a form of
    adjustment for work start and work
    leave time, and it can also be used
    as a day-off by adding up to the
    existing compensation break.
