    In the event of inevitable overtime work, we provide a compensation break that is 1.5 times the overtime hours.

    Through the PC-OFF system, We pursue the balance between work and life by observing the set

    We provide 18 annual leave if employee worked without break in the first year, and we ensure the free use of vacations.

    (3 days paid vacation + 2 days
    annual leave).
